Ogun sees 502 gender-based violence cases in 2025, commissioner reveals
Between January and November 2025, Ogun State reported 502 cases of gender-based violence, according to Commissioner Adijat Adeleye. Only two convictions have been secured, with 28 cases still in court. The cases range from sexual assault to digital harassment, highlighting a growing crisis.
