
South-East youths urge rejection of unfit politicians
The National Youth Council of Nigeria, South-East Zone, has warned politicians against electoral manipulation and urged youths to use their PVCs to reject incompetent leaders. Dr Atigwe Ifeanyi, the NYCN South-East Vice-President, emphasized the importance of credible elections and active youth participation. He praised the Independent National Electoral Commission and President Bola Tinubu for supporting democratic processes. The council also plans to launch a grassroots campaign to educate young voters on their rights and responsibilities.
