Doctors call for insulin subsidy as prices soar in Nigeria
Endocrinologists are urging the Federal Government to subsidise insulin and develop policies to help Nigerians with Type 1 diabetes. Dr Olubiyi Adeshina and Dr Ayotunde Ale from the Talabi Diabetes Centre highlighted the urgent need for intervention. They also stressed the importance of public awareness and support for those living with diabetes.
