
Four Kano Qur’anic pupils die after suspected food poisoning
Four Almajiris from Kano have died after reportedly consuming contaminated food. Alaramma Sani Musa Nuhu of the Tsangaya Media Network confirmed the incident. The pupils, who attended a Qur’anic school in Ungoggo Local Government Area, were taken to Malam Aminu Kano Teaching Hospital for treatment. The exact cause of the poisoning remains unclear, and police have not yet released an official statement.
