
Lasu’s top graduate receives N10m prize for academic excellence
The overall best graduating student of Lagos State University, Adebanjo Samuel Oluolamide, has been awarded a N10m cash prize by the Sunbeth Excellence Partnership Programme. Oluolamide, from the Department of Aerospace Engineering, achieved a 4.97 CGPA and earned First-Class Honours in the 2025/2026 academic session. The prize was presented in recognition of his outstanding academic performance at the university’s 29th and 30th combined convocation held at the Olatunji Bello Auditorium, Epe Campus. Oluolamide also celebrated other achievements, including awards and research publications during his undergraduate studies.
