Christian group hails Adeleke’s Osun re-election victory
The Organisation of African Instituted Churches, Nigeria Region, has congratulated Ademola Adeleke on his re-election as Osun State Governor. In a letter dated August 16, the group described Adeleke’s win as a reflection of the people’s trust in his leadership. Adeleke secured victory in the August 15, 2026 Osun governorship election, defeating his closest rival, Bola Oyebamiji. The OAIC also prayed for wisdom and progress as Adeleke begins his renewed mandate.
