
Wike orders closure of committee secretariat on FG house sales
Nyesom Wike, Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, has ordered the immediate shutdown of the secretariat for the dissolved Ad-hoc Committee on Sales of Federal Government Houses in the FCT. The FCT Administration announced this directive in a statement by Lere Olayinka, Senior Special Assistant to the Minister on Public Communications and Social Media. A new division within the Department of Land Administration will now handle all matters related to the sale of federal government houses. The public has also been warned to beware of fraudsters posing as former committee members.
