FG aims to finish Abuja-Kaduna-Kano highway by November
The Federal Government has announced plans to complete the remaining sections of the Abuja-Kaduna-Zaria-Kano highway by November, with the total project cost now at N752bn. David Umahi, Minister of Works, stated that over 80 per cent of the cost for the two major sections has already been paid. He highlighted the installation of solar-powered streetlights and the deployment of “superhighway guards” to protect the road from vandalism.
