Ekiti to set up new military base in border community
Ekiti State Governor Biodun Oyebanji has approved the creation of a new military formation in the Eda Oniyo area to enhance security in the border community. The governor also ordered the speedy completion of a divisional police station under construction in the area. During a meeting with community leaders, Oyebanji reaffirmed his administration’s commitment to protecting all parts of the state. He expressed gratitude to President Bola Tinubu for supporting the establishment of state police.
