
Tinubu holds meeting with Jim Ovia and NELFUND chief Sawyerr
President Bola Tinubu met with Jim Ovia, founder of Zenith Bank, and Dr Akintunde Sawyerr, Managing Director/CEO of the Nigerian Education Loan Fund, at the State House in Abuja. The purpose of the meeting was not immediately disclosed. Jim Ovia and Dr Sawyerr both hold key roles in the recently established student loan scheme. The meeting comes amid ongoing efforts to expand access to higher education funding in Nigeria.
