
Three arrested after deadly attack on police in Rivers
Three suspects have been arrested by the Rivers State Police Command for their alleged involvement in the murder of two police officers in Aluu, Ikwerre Local Government Area. The officers were attacked during a stop-and-search operation, resulting in the theft of their service rifles. Olugbenga Adepoju, the State Commissioner of Police, ordered a swift investigation and praised the operatives for their professionalism. The police are still searching for a fourth suspect linked to the incident.
