
NSCDC impounds truck with suspected adulterated diesel in Anambra
The Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) in Anambra State has seized a truck suspected of carrying 45,000 litres of adulterated diesel. According to Maku Olatunde, the NSCDC State Commandant, the driver abandoned the vehicle and fled when approached by officials. The operation was led by CSC Chris Nwosu and his team, who acted on credible intelligence. The seized product has been taken to the NSCDC State Command Headquarters in Awka for further investigation.
