Ekiti APC aspirant gets bail as court adjourns blackmail case
Abimbola Olawumi, an All Progressives Congress governorship aspirant in Ekiti State, has been granted bail by a Chief Magistrates’ Court in Ado Ekiti. The court, presided over by Chief Magistrate Abayomi Adeosun, also adjourned the blackmail case against her. Olawumi faces charges related to alleged blackmail and threatening messages against Mrs Yemisi Joluwe and others. The Ekiti State Government has denied any involvement in her arrest.
