Police arrest four for kidnapping and rescue woman in Rivers
A kidnapping syndicate has been dismantled by the Rivers State Police Command, leading to the arrest of four suspects and the rescue of a female victim. The woman was abducted from her shop in Aluu community while attending to customers. According to police spokesperson Blessing Agabe, the operation was launched after a distress call from the victim’s husband, Mr Ikechukwu. The police also recovered the vehicle used in the abduction and are pursuing additional suspects.
