CAF doubles WAFCON prize money for upcoming tournament
The Confederation of African Football has announced a significant increase in prize money for the Women’s Africa Cup of Nations. The winners will now receive $2 million, doubling the previous amount. Morocco is set to host the expanded tournament, with 16 teams competing across two cities. Group stage and prize allocations have also been updated for the new edition.
