NDLEA seizes over 1.5 million tramadol pills hidden in trucks
Operatives of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) have intercepted more than 1.5 million pills of tramadol concealed in two trucks entering Nigeria through the Benin Republic border. The agency described this as a major blow to drug trafficking syndicates targeting the country. The operation followed a previous seizure of 558,900 tramadol pills in Lagos using a similar concealment method.
