
Police rescue kidnapped girl and arrest suspects in Oyo
Oyo State Police Command has rescued a five-year-old girl, Fikayo Gbemiga, after she was kidnapped from her home. Two suspects, Seyi Adegboye and Adefemi Adegboye, were arrested following a ransom demand. The police used technological tools and intelligence to locate the suspects and rescue the victim unharmed. - The kidnappers had demanded a N10 million ransom and had already received N1 million in Gbongan, Osun State.
- The police rescued the victim unharmed at about 10:35 p.m. during the operation.
