Cyclists complete Tour D’Afrique with Lagos finish
Tour D’Afrique 2026 has wrapped up as the seventh edition of the cross-border cycling event ended in Lagos. The 30-person team covered 1,110km across Nigeria, Benin Republic, Togo, and Ghana under the theme Ride Against Climate Change. Princess Damilola Sonayan James, the incoming Deputy Governor of Lagos State, welcomed the riders at the finish line. The organising committee praised the cyclists for overcoming tough conditions and highlighted the support received in Benin Republic.
