Rivers State University restricts student driving after fatal accident
The management of Rivers State University has banned undergraduate students from driving personal vehicles on campus at night after a tragic accident. Eno Udoson, a 21-year-old student, was allegedly struck and killed by a vehicle driven by another undergraduate.
