EFCC investigates prophet over alleged N70m church fraud
The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission has launched a probe into Godwin Sunday Ajuluchukwucheya, also known as Prophet Sunday Koboko, following accusations of defrauding his church members. The EFCC alleges that the suspect collected large sums from followers through promises of spiritual intervention and investment opportunities. One church member, Okey Uwakwe, claims to have paid over N13 million for various spiritual services and schemes. Several other members have also come forward with similar complaints.
