
Oil and gas park in Bayelsa nears completion
The Nigerian Oil and Gas Park Scheme in Emeyal-1, Bayelsa State, is progressing towards completion. The Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board has confirmed that the facility is expected to become operational in the fourth quarter of 2026. Dr Obinna Ezeobi assured that significant infrastructure and support systems are already in place. The project aims to boost local manufacturing and employment in Nigeria’s oil and gas sector.
