
Police stop kidnap plot against Chinese national in Ogun
Operatives from the Obalende Division of the Ogun State Police Command have prevented a planned kidnapping of a Chinese national. Two suspects, Chinedu Onwuemena and Jimoh Ojo, were arrested in connection with the plot, which involved a N50,000,000 ransom demand. The police acted swiftly on credible intelligence to intercept the suspects before the crime could be carried out. The Commissioner of Police, Bode Ojajuni, praised the officers for their vigilance and urged the public to continue supporting the police.
