
Reuben Dennis takes over as new NSCDC commandant in Rivers
The Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps in Rivers State has appointed Reuben Dennis as its new commandant. He replaces Joachin Okafor, who officially handed over leadership at the command’s headquarters in Port Harcourt.
