Delta and Kaduna top new governance performance ranking
Delta State has been named the second-best governed state in Nigeria, according to a new report by the Commonwealth Institute of Advanced and Professional Studies. The index places Delta State under Governor Sheriff Oborevwori just behind Kaduna State, which is led by Uba Sani. The ranking highlights achievements in governance, infrastructure, and public service delivery. The report also notes the performance of other states and underscores the impact of ongoing development projects in Delta.
