
Philanthropist pledges school upgrade as quiz winners receive N11m
Chief Dumle Maol, a philanthropist and CEO of Giolee Global Resources Limited, has committed to renovating a dilapidated primary school in Khana Local Government Area, Rivers State. He made this promise during the grand finale of the 3rd Chief Lesi Maol Ogoni Secondary School Science Quiz Competition, which he sponsors annually. The event brought together over 60 secondary schools from the four Ogoni LGAs, with eight schools reaching the finals. Chief Maol also celebrated his birthday at the event, stating that the school renovation is his gift to the community.
