
Police rescue kidnap victim and recover weapons in Adamawa
A kidnapped resident of Tambo Village, Alhaji Sidiki Isah, has been rescued unhurt by the Adamawa State Police Command. The operation took place in Song Local Government Area, with police recovering two AK-47 rifles, ammunition, and other items. Police spokesperson SP Suleiman Nguroje said the rescue followed a ransom demand and a coordinated response by security teams. The Commissioner of Police, CP Kabir Hassan, praised the officers for their professionalism and assured continued efforts against violent crime.
