
Sokoto governor gives financial support to pilgrims in Saudi Arabia
Governor Ahmed Aliyu has provided financial assistance to 2,410 pilgrims from Sokoto State performing Hajj in Saudi Arabia. The donation, announced by the Sokoto State Amirul Hajj, Muhammad Mai Gari Dingyadi, aims to support the pilgrims as they conclude their spiritual journey. The gesture is intended to help ease their expenses and encourage continued discipline and positive representation of Sokoto State. Pilgrims were also urged to pray for peace and progress in the state and Nigeria.
