Clearing agent arraigned in Lagos for alleged cocaine export
Agoro Moninuola, a clearing agent, has been brought before a Federal High Court in Lagos for allegedly attempting to export 2.80 kilograms of cocaine to the United Kingdom. The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency accused Moninuola of conspiring with others to traffic the drugs through the Murtala Muhammed International Airport. The court, presided over by Justice Daniel Osiagor, heard arguments regarding bail and the charges. The defendant pleaded not guilty, and the case has been adjourned for trial.
