
Killaboi’s written statement and interrogation video admitted in court
The Lagos State High Court has admitted into evidence the written statement and interrogation video of Benjamin Nnayereugo (also known as “Killaboi”) in his ongoing murder trial. Killaboi is accused of murdering his girlfriend, Augusta Onuwabhagbe, and was arrested and extradited from Qatar. The prosecution presented testimony from an investigating police officer and concluded the evidence of both the officer and the deceased’s mother, Mrs Cordelia Onuwabhagbe. The court has scheduled further proceedings and continues to hear testimonies regarding the circumstances of the alleged crime.
