Mfon Ekpo joins Elevate Africa Fellowship’s expanded faculty
Mfon Ekpo, founder of The Discovery Centre, has been named to the 2026 faculty of the Elevate Africa Fellowship, a programme for mid-career leaders across Africa. The fellowship, set to take place in Kigali, Rwanda, will bring together 23 fellows from 18 countries for an immersive leadership experience. Mfon Ekpo is recognised for her work in leadership development and her award-winning conference, The Blueprint of How. Her selection highlights her growing influence in leadership, behavioural transformation, and systems thinking.
