Kogi traditional rulers pledge unity to tackle insecurity
Traditional rulers from Oworo land in Lokoja Local Government Area of Kogi State have agreed to work together to address insecurity and promote unity for community development. The royal fathers reached this decision during a stakeholders’ meeting of Oworo traditional rulers and title holders in Lokoja. Mallam Mohammed Adoga Baiyerohi, the Olu of Oworo and Chairman of the Oworoland Traditional Council, highlighted the importance of regular meetings to address community challenges. The council commended Gov. Ahmed Ododo for his proactive efforts in combating insecurity in the state.
