LAWMA removes illegal structures at Alaba Rago on Lagos-Badagry Expressway
Dr Muyiwa Gbadegesin, Managing Director of LAWMA, announced that the Lagos State Waste Management Authority has cleared the Alaba Rago setback on the Lagos-Badagry Expressway. The operation targeted illegal traders, squatters, and unauthorised structures to restore environmental order. Gbadegesin emphasized the government’s zero tolerance for environmental nuisance and indiscriminate waste disposal. He urged traders and residents to use approved market spaces and proper waste disposal channels.
