
Abia state starts shop reallocation at Ekeoha Shopping Complex
The Abia State Ministry of Trade and Commerce has started reallocating newly-built shops at the Ekeoha Shopping Complex in Aba. The process is being conducted in partnership with Rhino Homes and Properties Limited. Only individuals who have fully paid for shops in the Phase One development are eligible to participate. The ministry has outlined both online and physical methods for applicants to complete the process.

- The reallocation exercise is open from May 7, 2026 to May 14, 2026.
- Only those who have fully paid for shops in Phase One, including existing owners and new applicants with clearance, can participate.
- Applicants must provide proof of previous ownership or preliminary clearance, and evidence of full payment.
- Online applications are accepted at abiamrv.com.ng, while physical verification is at the GADA Building, No. 3 River Avenue, Aba, between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. on working days.
- All validated allocations will be recorded in the Market Register, with official Certificates of Allocation issued by the ministry.
