Rivers man arrested for allegedly defiling neighbour’s daughter
A man identified as Mr Goodnews has been arrested by police in Rivers State for allegedly defiling his neighbour’s 16-year-old daughter. The incident reportedly took place along Apu Road in Rukpokwu, Obio/Akpor Local Government Area. According to Chidi Obulor, a family friend, the suspect tricked the girl into his apartment under the guise of sending her on an errand.
