Police foil Oyo robbery, kill one suspect and arrest two
Three suspects involved in an attempted armed robbery along Saki Road, Iseyin, have been apprehended by the Oyo State Police Command. According to the Command’s spokesperson, DSP Ayanlade Olayinka, the operation was successful due to credible intelligence and swift police response. The suspects invaded a residence previously attacked in February and were confronted by the resident security guard. One suspect was killed, two were arrested, and others escaped with injuries; the police recovered weapons and stolen items at the scene.
