Lagos man jailed for 42 years over €80,000 internet scam
Ndidi Joshua Bobby has been sentenced to 42 years in prison by an Ikeja Special Offences Court for internet fraud. Justice Olubunmi Abike-Fadipe found him guilty of stealing and possessing fraudulent documents. The prosecution, led by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, proved that Bobby used a false identity to defraud Sabine Sigrid Osterlehner of €80,000. The court also ordered the forfeiture of all items recovered from him.
