JAMB reports smooth UTME, warns against exam malpractice
Ishaq Oloyede, Registrar of the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board, has stated that the ongoing Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination has faced only minimal challenges nationwide. During a monitoring visit to the University of Ibadan CBT centre, he highlighted that most issues were minor and related to technical faults or power supply. Oloyede praised the cooperation of academic stakeholders and clarified misconceptions about the exam process. He also warned candidates and parents to avoid fraudsters promising “exam runs” or score upgrades.
