Ogun fathers investigated for trafficking daughters to Libya
Three fathers in Ogun State are under investigation for allegedly trafficking their 15-year-old daughters to Libya for child labour. Bose Jimoh, the Ogun State Commander of the National Agency for the Prohibition of Trafficking in Persons (NAPTIP), confirmed the probe. The girls, Adeola and Rokibat Adeyemi, were reportedly received in Libya by Afusat Akinsanya, the wife of one of the suspects. The case is now being handled by NAPTIP after it was transferred by the police.
