Young tennis players compete for grants and US scholarships
Young tennis players are participating in the second edition of the Tennista Foundation Junior Tennis Tournament, where they can win educational grants and potential US collegiate scholarships. The event is being held at the Lagos Country Club, Ikeja, with U-16 and U-12 categories for both boys and girls. Michael Nwoseh, President of the Tennista Foundation, highlighted the tournament’s growth and its focus on equal opportunities. The initiative is supported by the American Business Council Nigeria and aims to empower youth through sports and education.
