Autistic teen praised for cycling feat and art world record
Hannatu Musawa, Minister of Art, Culture, Tourism and Creative Economy, has praised autistic teenager Kanyeyachukwu Tagbo-Okeke for achieving his second Guinness World Record. The 16-year-old completed a 100-mile cycling journey across seven states to promote autism awareness. Kanyeyachukwu, who is non-verbal, has also been recognised for creating the largest painting on canvas by an individual. His accomplishments are being hailed as a call for greater inclusion and support for people living with autism in Nigeria.
