Ogbonnaya Onu Polytechnic to launch EdTech courses and intensify drug abuse prevention
The Ogbonnaya Onu Polytechnic Aba in Abia State is set to introduce Educational Technology courses, following directives from the Abia State Ministry of Education. Rector Dr. Christopher Okoro Kalu announced that the institution is preparing for accreditation of the new courses ahead of its relocation to the Osisioma campus. He highlighted ongoing infrastructural developments and the establishment of an EYE Content Hub to enhance students’ practical skills. The polytechnic is also partnering with the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) to combat drug abuse among students.
