
Man jailed for naira abuse during birthday party
Iziga Jude Ikechukwu, also known as Easy-money, has been sentenced to one year in prison for abusing Naira notes during his birthday celebration. The conviction was delivered by Justice F. O. Giwa-Ogunbanjo of the Federal High Court in Enugu State. The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) arraigned the 24-year-old palm kernel dealer on charges of mutilating Naira notes. Ikechukwu pleaded guilty to the charge and received an option of a fine.
