Police arrest 10 suspects and recover stolen goods in Oyo
Ten suspected armed robbers have been arrested by the Oyo State Police Command in the Genesis Hotel area of Ibadan. The suspects, including both men and women, were found with stolen items worth about ₦100 million. According to police spokesperson Olayinka Ayanlade, the group is known for hijacking containers at gunpoint and diverting valuable goods. - Recovered items include 40 air conditioners, 10 washing machines, an electric motorcycle, creams, cutting machines, LED lights, furniture gum, trailer spare parts, hair relaxers, wigs, chin chin, and other materials, valued at about ₦100 million.
