The family of former Kaduna State Governor, Nasir El-Rufai, has confirmed the arrival of his late mother’s remains in Abuja for burial. Hajiya Umma El-Rufai passed away in Cairo, Egypt, after a brief illness. Her funeral arrangements were shared by Mohammed El-Rufai, her grandson and a member of the House of Representatives. Several prominent Nigerians have paid tribute to the late matriarch.
