Soldiers rescue kidnapped woman and arrest two suspects in Benue
Troops of Operation Whirl Stroke have rescued a 28-year-old woman, Mrs Member Ityavber, from Tse-Ubena village in Katsina-Ala Local Government Area of Benue State. The operation was carried out with the support of the Benue Civil Protection Guard. According to Lieutenant Ahmad Zubairu, two suspected armed herders were also arrested in Gwer West Local Government Area. Major General Moses Gara praised the troops for their swift action and professionalism.
