Federal Government to launch new phase of artisan skills training
The Federal Government is preparing to launch the next phase of the Skill Up Artisans (SUPA) programme nationwide. Afiz Ogun, Director-General of the Industrial Training Fund, announced this during visits to examination centres where trainees participated in City and Guilds mock exams. The programme aims to provide internationally recognised certifications for Nigerian artisans. Ogun encouraged more youths to register, highlighting the opportunities for both local and international competitiveness.
