Kaduna government pushes to finish over 140 road projects
The Kaduna State Government has announced ongoing efforts to complete more than 140 road projects across the state. The initiative aims to improve infrastructure, make movement easier, and boost economic activities. According to the Managing Director of the Kaduna Roads Agency, Dr Abdullahi Baba-Ahmed, these projects are part of a broader strategy under Governor Uba Sani’s administration. A recent documentary highlights the progress and impact of these roadworks on various communities.

- Over 140 road projects, spanning about 1,335 kilometres, are currently underway in Kaduna State, with around 60 per cent already completed.
- The Kaduna Roads Agency released its second documentary, “Roads of Legacy: Governor Uba Sani Reconnects Kaduna,” showcasing these projects.
- The agency’s maiden documentary, released in December 2025, covered about 700 kilometres of completed road projects.
- Key roads featured include Magajiya–Amaru–Unguwan Liman Road, Audi–Kako Road, Tudun Biri Road, Durum–Kurumtumawa Road, Pambegua–Kauru Road, Gadar Gayan–Kujama Junction Road, and Madauchi–Madakiya–Kafanchan Road.
