
Kano Hisbah detains teens over planned birthday party for pimps
Two teenagers, Umar Yahaya and Musa Al-Hassan, have been arrested by the Kano State Hisbah Board for allegedly planning a birthday party for pimps during the upcoming Eid-el-Fitr celebration. The Board claims the teenagers invited others from across the country via social media to attend the event, which was to take place after Eid prayers. Mujahideen Aminudeen, Deputy Command General of the Board, stated that the teenagers have since apologized and will be kept under supervision for guidance. The Hisbah Board also plans to increase monitoring of mosques during the final days of Ramadan.
