
Power outage hits Ibadan after accident damages pole
Some communities in Ibadan are experiencing a power outage after a vehicular accident damaged a high-tension pole. The Ibadan Electricity Distribution Company (IBEDC) confirmed the disruption, which affects areas served by the Oluyole 11kV feeder. The company assured residents that repairs are underway and apologized for the inconvenience. Other electricity distribution companies have also reported outages and maintenance activities in different states.
