
FG criticises contractor over Keffi-Nasarawa road project
The Federal Government has voiced strong dissatisfaction with the work of Wizchino Engineering Limited on the Keffi-Nasarawa-Toto-Abaji road in Nasarawa State. Officials highlighted both the poor quality and slow pace of the construction, despite funds being released for the project. Ishaku Mamri, the Federal Controller of Works, said repeated efforts to get the contractor to meet specifications have failed. Local leaders and stakeholders are calling for the contract to be revoked and awarded to a more competent company.
